Who is this organisation?

The RSPCA Darlington and District branch is responsible for delivering the RSPCA's work at a local level; supporting, rescuing and rehabilitating the most neglected and cruelly treated animals. The charity's objectives are to prevent cruelty and promote kindness to animals. This particular branch focuses their resources into re-homing animals, promoting micro-chipping, neutering and helping those on low incomes to access veterinary care. 

What skills are they looking for?

No specific skills neccessary but keen to hear from people with:

  • Good interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge or experience in finance
  • Fundraising experience
  • Project management skills
  • Business skills
  • Administration skills
  • Knowledge of charity or employment legislation

Meetings are generally held in the evenings between 7-9pm in Darlington.
