Theydon Bois Parish Council have recently purchased the village youth club and are setting up a new charity for youth and community projects. They are looking for a two trustees and an additional 8 board members to set up a committee for this project.

What skills are they looking for?

They are looking for legal experienced individuals who preferably have management experience or previous charity governance experience but this is not essential.
