We are very pleased that Paul Wuensche's art exhibition which was held in November in support of the Unit went very well. As a result Paul very kindly (as a proportion of sales) donated a brilliant £830 to the Bar Pro Bono Unit.

We hope that those who made it to the private viewing evenings enjoyed themselves.

Paul Wuensche completed his MFA at the New York Academy of Art in 1999. He has exhibited in the BP portrait awards, at the Royal Society of Portrait Painters, the Discerning Eye 2002 and in many other group shows. He had his first solo show in 2003 at Untitled Gallery in London.

His style is both realistic and personal. He always works directly from life rather than from photographs. Although focusing primarily on portraits, he also paints nudes, still life, and landscape.
